FOSH Water Bottle Review

FOSH Bottles are a company that are passionate about cutting down plastic waste that enters our oceans. By doing so, they have created a range of metal water bottles to help people stop using plastic and non reusable cups. They make many different designs so that people can choose one suitable to their lifestyle which I think is awesome.

I chose the the 'Triple Insulated Butterfly Yellow Flip Bottle' and I adore my choice. I'm such a fan of anything yellow and I can tell you this bottle makes a boring day at work that little bit brighter. I love the flip feature as I find myself drinking more when I have a straw so ever since using this bottle I have noticed I have drank considerably more. The best bit about this bottle is that it's triple insulated so drinks stay cool for so long which will be perfect in the summer. These are reasonably priced at around £15 - £25 for such a good quality bottle.

Chocolate and Love Review

Chocolate and love are a premium organic fair-trade chocolate brand. What I love about this brand is that only use certified organic ingredients and can trace the organic produce in every process along the way. They try to be ethical in every way and even support reforestation.

I was kindly gifted their 'Sea Salt Gift Box' which contains 4x 80g bars in flavours; Panama, Sea Salt and Caramel, Orange and Mint. With this lovely box of chocolates I was also given one of their tote bags which are made from recycled cotton and recycled plastic bottles. I love this idea of reusing materials to make something fashionable. On first impressions, I absolutely loved the packaging. The vibrant colours really caught my eye and I adore the peacock feather look on the bag I received. The packaging is also eco friendly which is 100% biodegradable including the foil which I find amazing.  I think this makes such a lovely gift for anyone who enjoys a little more luxury chocolate.

I'm not usually a dark chocolate fan so I was quite sceptical to try these as I assumed they'd be very dark and rich. I tried the Sea Salt and Caramel one first as I love salted caramel so these seemed right up my street. I found it was nearer to milk chocolate than it was dark chocolate which I was very pleased about. The caramel comes in tiny little pieces within the chocolate so you get a nice crunch as you eat it. I didn't find the bars too sweet either which I have found in previous chocolates. I think my favourite was definitely the mint one. It tasted very fresh but not too overpowering that you can't no longer taste the chocolate. The orange was another firm favourite as I do enjoy orange flavoured chocolates. It had a nice kick of orange so it was just the right balance of flavours. I must admit I wasn't a fan on the Panama bar as it was a bit too dark for me. Overall I think this is such a lovely gift idea which creates great tasting chocolate whilst still being ethical and ecological at the same time.

The Snack Organisation Review

The Snack Organisation create healthy snacks including dried fruit and rice crackers which are available in most supermarkets. All their products are also gluten free so are great for most people. I was kindly given 12 packs of Rice Crackers in 4 different flavours, 4 bags of Dried Fruit in 2 different flavours and 3 packs of Aunty's Puddings all in different flavours.

Recently, I've been trying to eat healthier so replacing unhealthy snacks to healthier ones will be a great start. I was very eager to try the dried fruit pieces as I'm not a big fan of eating fresh fruit. I first tried the apple ones and I was pleasantly surprised. It first feels as if you're eating a crisp which then turns into the taste of a fresh apple. The same happens with the strawberry ones too. These are very well preserved and are a great addition to porridge in the morning. The only problem I found with these were that the packets weren't resealable so they did go soft pretty quickly but now I've found to keep them in boxes instead.

I found the pieces were just the right size to get a good burst of flavour from just one piece. I love the fact that they still look like the fruit they're meant to be so they haven't had any preservatives or additives to them which I have found with dried fruit snacks in the past.

The bags contain approx 18g of dried fruit and are relatively low in calories so they're great snacks for people who are watching what they eat. I love the packaging of the packets and I feel they look very appealing. Each pack retails for around £1 each which I feel is a decent price.

Next to try was the rice crackers which came in 4 different flavours; Lightly Salted, Sweet Chilli, Barbeque and Teriyaki. I'm not very keen on powerful flavours so I've only tried the lightly salted ones so far.

Normally I really enjoy snacks such as breadsticks and crackers so these seemed right up my street. They are very light and crispy and would be brilliant with some dips. These are a great replacement to crisps however after eating quite a few on there own they do become slightly too salty so are definitely better with some spreads or something else on them. These also retail for around £1 a packet and contain 100g of crackers.

I could not wait to try the Aunty's Puddings. I'm a big fan of puddings especially after a nice home cooked meals so these microwave puddings are great. They're so quick and easy to cook and are great with a bit of custard or ice cream. I was given 3 different flavours to try; Chocolate, Ginger Syrup and Butterscotch and Pecan. My favourite was definitely the chocolate but the other two were still as nice. I found the ginger one had a fruity taste to it which I couldn't put my finger on but there was definitely enough ginger in there that it was enjoyable as I've found past ginger cakes to have too much ginger in. These also retail for around a £1/£1.50 and comes with 2 puddings in each pack.

Dots For Spots Review

Dots for Spots are a brand that creates special dot patches to help get rid of pimples and spots. They are designed to absorb impurities from the spots the patches are placed on which is a much safer way of getting rid of those nasty spots. They promote faster healing and also act as a protective cover.  I was given a pack of these which 24 dots so these will last me a while as I'm luckily enough to only have a few spots here and there.

They are ultra thin and almost translucent which is amazing as no one can notice them and I can hardly see them. I'll admit popping spots is a disgusting hobby of mine but I've found these have stopped me doing that which is much safer for my skin and less risk of leaving scars. I find I use these better at night so I don't touch the dot however I have used these underneath makeup and you can't even tell I'm wearing one. It doesn't get rid of the spot overnight however it does decrease in size considerably which is much better.

Nakin Skincare Review

Nakin is an anti-ageing skincare brand which creates products for people who want great looking skin at any age. Nakin use the finest plant actives to create natural skincare. I regularly use there lip balm as it's hands down the best one I've ever used so I was over the moon when I was asked to review some more of their products. I was kindly sent a matt formula face cream, a revitalising face oil and a purifying face toner.

The face oil contains esters similar to natural sebum of skin which helps moisturise the skin and leave a protective barrier. This is amazing, it doesn't feel to greasy and doesn't leave oily marks on the skin as I do fear using oils will make my face look sweaty or oily which this one doesn't. It makes my face feel so soft and I no longer get dry patches on and around my nose.

I am a big fan of face creams as I think they really help protect and hydrate the skin. I do wear makeup regularly and because of its matt formula this face cream is a great primer to wear underneath makeup which I've found helps keep my makeup on longer. The cream is rich in ellagic acid which encourages cell regeneration and tissue repair so your skin looks healthy all the time. It can also be used on all skin types as it has the ability to balance and adjust moisture dependent on the individual skin which means I can use this all year round.

I haven't used facial toners very much beforehand so I'm very new to these products and how to use them however after reading a few comments I'm eager to use these often. This facial toner is a deep cleanse for the skin to really clear those pores whilst tightening the skin at the same time so I don't have to worry about wrinkles or creases for a long time. It's so good at cleansing the face that I even find traces of makeup from the day even after its been removed.

I absolutely love this brand and I will forever recommend to friends and family. These products will be a firm favourite in my collection and great news for you guys they currently have an offer on which is for 25% off everything with code 'SKINGLOW' so act quick.

Scence Beauty Review

Sence Beauty is a beauty brand which started in 2010 in the Netherlands. They offer a range of products from skincare to beauty products which are safe for everyone to use. I was kindly sent a range of their products which included makeup wipes, hand and face masks, and micellar water.

I'm such a big fan of makeup removers and I do favour using micellar water because I feel like it gets more makeup off the skin however I do love using wipes when I need a quick removal. These wipes do the job perfectly and are great for sensitive skin. They are also alcohol and perfume free and also helps protect the natural moisture balance of your skin so these are a favourite. I love the micellar water because it's just so moisturising. I find in the winter my skin does become quite dry so this is great to add a bit more moisture into the skin.

The hand masks I was given are like rubber gloves you place your hands in which you keep on for around 20 minutes to get silky smooth hands. They contain shea butter, vitamin E and various extracts which include rose flower and anise. My hands have never felt softer using these. I haven't tried the face mask yet as I'm not a regular face mask user so I will try to write another post when I have tried this one out. Overall I think these are great products which are a great addition to my beauty and skincare collection.

Smoovall Review

Smoovall are a company that have created the solution to a very popular problem which affects most people. Chafing happens to most of us regardless of size and can be very irritating. Smoovall is a spray that you can apply to areas which are prone to rubbing. I'm so happy that I have been given 2 cans of this spray to try out.

I couldn't wait to try these especially with wearing a lot of skirts and dresses. From the first try I couldn't believe this product hasn't been in my life before now. The spray is invisible on the skin and doesn't leave any oily residue which I've found from other products. The smell is very floral and is really pleasant so its like having extra body spray on. Each can contain 100ml which I'm sure will last a while. The unique formula also makes it sweat and water resistant which makes working out much easier. Every application lasts for around 4 hours whether you need to apply more or not depends on the situation but I've found 4 hours is long enough for me.

A 100ml can costs around £14.99 and can be purchased from their website.
